AvBriefs LLC is a privately owned company, duly incorporated under the laws of Florida with date 26th February 2025, and with Employer Identification Number EIN 33-3879157.

Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning hold tremendous potential to enhance key aspects of aviation safety. At AvBriefs LLC we are actively working in products that leverage this cutting-edge technology, with two ongoing projects:

1) Safety Brief App | AI-based customized, multilingual and custom specific pre-flight safety briefing for corporate aviation passengers. The tool was successfully launched in February 2025, and counts with active launch customers in the US, UK and the EU. Simplified and consistent briefings, enhancing operational safety and compliance. SafetyBriefApp is currently available in the Apple App Store ... https://apps.apple.com/us/app/safetybriefapp/id6741172997

2) AI-driven Flight Risk Assessment Tool (AI-FRAT) | (White Paper developed & available)

Current Flight Risk Assessment Tools (FRATs) are limited by their reliance on static risk parameters and manual inputs. These tools often lack the real-time data integration and predictive capabilities needed to offer comprehensive risk assessments.

The proposed AI-driven FRAT addresses these shortcomings by:

Real-Time Data Integration: The tool continuously pulls in live data (e.g., weather, pilot fatigue levels, and aircraft status) to ensure accurate, real-time assessments.

Dynamic Risk Parameters: Machine learning algorithms allow the system to adapt to changing flight conditions, reducing the reliance on subjective pilot inputs.

Personalized Mitigation Strategies: The system offers specific, actionable recommendations based on the unique characteristics of each flight, factoring in crew experience, company SOPs, and historical data trends. This enhanced approach will not only meet regulatory requirements but also significantly improve flight safety by providing operators with more accurate risk assessments and tailored mitigation strategies.

AI-GENERATED ONBOARD SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

This project focuses on creating highly customizable onboard safety videos for business aviation operators. Leveraging a combination of advanced AI tools, these videos offer a tailored safety experience similar to those seen in commercial airlines, but specifically designed for the unique needs of private aviation. With AI-driven innovation, we ensure that operators can provide their passengers with clear, professional, and engaging safety information, enhancing safety standards, compliance, and the overall flight experience.

The safety briefings will be delivered to the passengers in three different formats: via an iPad iOS APP, using the DVD player of the aircraft entertainment system and the aircraft cabin screens, or via streaming using dedicated URLs, that may be sent from the operator to the customer's personal devices when booking the flight.

AI-DRIVEN FLIGHT RISK ANALYSIS (AI-FRAT)

AI can optimize flight risk assessment by analyzing vast amounts of data in real-time, recognizing patterns, and making predictive recommendations. The AI-driven FRAT proposed in this white paper aims to continuously learn from new data inputs, dynamically adjusting risk parameters to provide more accurate and relevant assessments.

The tool will leverage AI techniques such as natural language processing (NLP) to interpret unstructured text data (e.g., NOTAMs, pilot reports), computer vision to analyze visual data (e.g., weather patterns or airport conditions), and deep learning algorithms to recognize trends across diverse data sources.
